Our sales of Massaranduba hardwood decking are growing steadily month on month and we have been supplying landscape gardeners all over the country. To complement this we have recently put into stock IPE hardwood which we believe to be the very best decking material available. This is supplied as a clip system which means no fixings are visible when laid.

Remember we also stock quality carcassing softwood, kept undercover in excellent condition for use as bearers. No need to use poor quality wet softwood any more.

A NEW SHOWROOM FOR SYKES TIMBER
We are currently working hard on building our new customer showroom, many of you may have seen the work in progress whilst visiting/collecting and we are very excited about it opening sometime in 2008.
Within it we will showcase all available timbers in a variety of end uses so our customers can discuss their specific requirements firsthand. Decking, flooring, cladding, worktops and a vast range of bespoke mouldings will be displayed with options on finishes also demonstrated. We will be advising customers as soon as we are ready to open.
English Oak K.D. W/E
We still carry a very large stock of T/T Oak. This is beautiful English Oak and proving very popular with traditional Joiners and Cabinet Makers. All stock is cut in our own log mill here at Atherstone.
We were very excited to receive the first load of our own Oak from one of our Midlands Woodlands. This is on stick to air dry and will be available for sale in 2008.
Remember we also have good stocks of Top quality F.A.S. American White Oak K.D. especially put up for us; also European Oak K.D. S/E Super Prime, Flat, Straight and 99% defect free; this production has no equal.
The above can be supplied in whatever form you wish from sawn boards to moulded sections. We can also offer American Red Oak and some excellent Japanese oak.

CANADIAN YELLOW PINE
We import directly from the East Coast of Canada and offer a variety of grades.
Traditionally used for patternmaking due to its excellent stability, yellow pine is also ideal for furniture, kitchens and joinery. Also available in wide widths and long lengths.
